Custom Box Engineering (Structural Design & Dielines)
We design exact-fit cartons to your length, width, height, product weight, stacking, and route. You receive CAD dielines in Illustrator, PDF, or DXF, plus flute and ply recommendations that balance protection and cost. We also advise on pallet patterns and packing efficiency.
Right-Sizing & Strength Selection
We specify three-, five-, or seven-ply with E, B, C, or BC flutes and set ECT and Burst targets based on product weight, stack height, and route conditions. Correct sizing reduces void fill and damage while improving pallet and truck utilization.
Prototyping & Samples
Rapid white or printed samples confirm fit, strength, and branding before production. We share photo or video approvals, make quick tweaks when needed, and can run compression and drop checks to validate performance.
Printing & Finishing
Flexo, offset, and digital printing with managed color (Pantone and brand guides) delivers clean, consistent results. Finishes include matte or gloss lamination, protective varnish, spot UV, and optional emboss or deboss for retail-ready presentation.
Die-Cutting, Gluing & Stitching
Rotary and flatbed die-cutting for mailers, trays, windows, and custom shapes, followed by high-speed folder–gluers for square, clean boxes. Heavy-duty builds are stitched for extra hold, and we can add tear strips or locking features for easier packing and opening.
Quality Control & Testing
Each run includes board and moisture checks, dimensional inspections, and print approvals. Where needed, we perform spot compression and drop tests and complete pre-shipment quality checks so cartons arrive line-ready and remain consistent on repeat orders.
